The Code of Ethics
The Dr. Miele Cosmed Group S.A. Code of Ethics is the organisation’s primary internal regulation voluntarily adopted in the area of business ethics. It contains the values and attitudes that guide the entire organisation and which we expect all stakeholders to respect. These values form the DNA of our organisation and referring to them enables us to make the right decisions every day. The Code serves as a starting point and a source for all internal regulations, including those in the area of compliance.
We are a cohesive, ambitious, and effective Team that values professional challenges. We treat others as we ourselves wish to be treated: fairly, justly, and with mutual respect and tolerance. By adopting this Code, we aim to facilitate daily actions and support proper decision‑making.
The document was developed thanks to the involvement of the Management Board and the feedback gathered during workshops with all employees. We are guided by internationally recognised standards and guidelines that define the goals and responsibilities of companies in areas such as human rights and labour rights. We aim to grow responsibly and sustainably; therefore, we commit to acting in accordance with, among others, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
